Abstract

This article is the result of study on the presence and the candidates for councilor’s mentions about social organizations, trade unions and other associations in proportional elections of 2012 at Ponta Grossa, Paraná. Data were collected by the Research Group in Journalism and Politics: representations and social actors, belonging to Graduate Program (Master) in Journalism at the State University of Ponta Grossa (UEPG). The discussion is based on the Civil Society and the Public Sphere’s concepts in Habermas (2003), and applies to the format developed for proportional campaigns in TV election free time.
